Welcome to Carwash Info. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Carwash Info mobile application ("App") operated by [company_name] ("we", "our", "us"). 3. App Features and Services

Carwash Info provides the following features:

  • Magazines — Browse, read, download, and bookmark industry magazines
  • News & Articles — Read and bookmark news articles related to the car wash industry
  • Events — Discover and bookmark upcoming industry events
  • Marketplace — Create, browse, and bookmark product and service listings; communicate with sellers via in-app chat
  • Research & Polls — Participate in surveys, polls, and comment on research topics
  • AI Car Analysis — Upload vehicle images for AI-powered analysis
  • User Profiles — Manage your personal information and preferences
  • Push Notifications — Receive updates about new content and messages
  • Reporting & Moderation — Report content that violates our Community Guidelines and track the status of your reports
  • User Blocking — Block users whose behaviour you find objectionable; blocked users cannot see your content or contact you

4. Community Guidelines

All users must comply with our Community Guidelines, which define the standards of behaviour expected on our platform. The Community Guidelines form an integral part of these Terms. Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account warnings, or suspension.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

When you create marketplace listings, post comments, participate in surveys, or send chat messages, you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains personal information of others without their consent
  • Is fraudulent or misleading, particularly in marketplace listings

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, hide, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice. Enforcement actions include content hiding, content removal, user warnings, and account suspension. You can view any enforcement actions on your account in the Reports & Violations section of the App.

6. Marketplace

6.1 Listings

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Carwash Info acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

6.2 Transactions

  • All transactions and negotiations are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
  • Carwash Info is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or issues arising from marketplace transactions.
  • Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax and trade regulations.

6.3 Prohibited Listings

You may not list items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or violate third-party rights.

7. Reporting and Blocking

7.1 Reporting Content

  • You may report marketplace listings and survey comments that you believe violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
  • Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to respond in a timely manner.
  • Filing false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms.

7.2 Blocking Users

  • You may block any user at any time. Blocking is bidirectional: the blocked user's content (listings, surveys, comments) becomes invisible to you, and your content becomes invisible to them.
  • Blocking does not delete any content; it only affects visibility.
  • You can unblock a user at any time to restore normal visibility.

7.3 Violations

  • If enforcement action is taken against your content, you will be able to see the details (action type and moderator notes) in the Violations tab.
  • You may appeal any enforcement action by contacting our support team at [support_email].

8. Chat and Messaging

  • The in-app chat feature is provided for communication related to marketplace listings and App services.
  • You agree not to use chat for harassment, spam, solicitation, or any unlawful purpose.
  • We may monitor messages for safety and compliance purposes but are not obligated to do so.

9. AI Car Analysis

  • The AI Car Analysis feature is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
  • Images uploaded for analysis are processed by third-party AI services and are not permanently stored on our servers.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analysis results.
  • You should not rely solely on AI analysis for any decisions regarding vehicle purchase, repair, or maintenance.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, code, logos, and original content (magazines, articles, events), is the property of [company_name] and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
